Run / walk: 2 mile run /walk
Run: 25 min walk / run
Advanced: 30 min run
Friday June 16
All : walk or x-train
Saturday June 17
Steamboat Classic 4 mile in Peoria
Run /walk: 3.5-4 mile
Run: 4 miles walk / run
Sunday June 18
Volunteer at the Iron Horse Quartermax Triathlon
