Saturday run

Don't forget about the Saturday run. Folks will be out at the Grandstand at 7:00 am on Saturday (well, Wendy and I are out of town actually) to run the Abe's course. Feel free to run as little or as much as you want. It is a pretty loose group of people, but it is a great way to run with some other folks and get used to the Abe's course. And remember, there are water fountains in Lincoln Park.
