Abe's Army On the Move!

There was absolutely GREAT work out there on Tuesday night! Groups were setting goals, getting out on the course and measuring their progress afterwards. For all you new walkers and runners--you were already finishing two to three miles. Isn't that fantastic? It wasn't easy to do, but you are already going 1/3 to 1/2 the distance of the race! Maybe you feel like you could die while you're doing it, but by now you've figured out you survived the experience! And we hope to convince you it's worth re-living and doing over again in another run or walk this week, a long weekend run or walk and then back with Abe's Army before you know it. Don't you have a tremendous sense of pride that you are finally getting around to doing the exercise you've promised yourself for a long time that you would do? As few as 1 out of 10 fellow Americans exercises on a regular basis. Take pride that you are one of them!
