Track workout at Sacred Heart Griffin's Track-every Wednesday at 5:30 PM- All are welcome! This is not just for the speedy as you do run at your own pace. This really is a lot of fun as Katie does make our track experience enjoyable.

My packet didn't have the training schedule in it. Is it posted somewhere online?

Check with the main leaders (the ones that make the announcements prior to the run)to see if they have any extra's with them. They weren't in the packet/you had to pick them up seperately. The weekly training schedule is posted every Monday but not the entire 12 weeks. If you send me your email, I might be able to send you an attachment of the training program.
