No one said it was going to be easy.
"Running is real and relatively simple - but it ain't easy." -Mark Will-Weber
If it were easy - there'd be a lot more of you real runners out there on the streets. Keep up the great work!

great job out there tonight - there were about 10 runners doing the YMCA course, another ten or so just running the park and still others headed to other locations tonight. Even though the heat did many of us in, it was great to see everyone there.

What would you liek to do next week?

WOW! That was tough! I NEVER would have done that run alone. The heat was downright dangerous. Thanks Robin and Jill for the company. Hooray for the Three Musketeers! Oops, I mean 4Ms, sorry Robert :-] What a trooper! It must be love!

The only comment I had (other than the obvious heat) was the rush hour traffic, yikes! I know it's not much better in the park, either, but at least not as many frequent stops. No trains either! Anyone get held up by the slow moving train??? (Not me, the choo-choo) We could stick to inside the park, OR has anyone thought of the trail? Interurban or Rochester?
