Our first run with both high humidity and temps therefore some what difficult. Reason being we were spoiled by the GREAT July weather.

I want to give a HUGE thank you to all the volunteers. It's one thing to come out and work race day, but giving up an entire Monday night for a practice is AWESOME. It was especially nice that you waited for all the walkers.

Thank you ALL very much!

I was very pleased with my run and felt pretty darn good afterward. Unfortunately, several hours later and well into Tuesday morning, I suffered from a miserable headache. I doubt it was due to hydration since I had clear and light colored urine. (Sorry for the details), and had hydrated well both before and after the run. Any suggestions?

It was a big run for me - but I felt like I did a good job. - I really could have used some guidance as to post "big run" -I was stiffening up and there really was no one guiding us newbies as to what we should be doing after we made it to the end. So - if you could post some advice for post race- to prevent me from ending up stuck in my car because I can't move -that'd be great.
