C-4.5 miles

Tuesday (July 14th):
Cross-train

Wednesday (July 15th):
P-2-2.5 miles
C-3-3.5 miles

Track workout at Sacred Heart Griffin's Track-every Wednesday at 5:30 PM- All are welcome! This is not just for the speedy as you do run at your own pace.
