you guessed right- about a mile into run there was lightning so we all turned around and ran back to the start point. we got caught in the rain but that builds character.
At least I had time to buy a running club hat! We were even getting wet under the canopy.
some are going to run the race route on thursday nite...
The leaders thought fast and got us back to the fairgrounds before the heavy rains. Thanks go out to our great leaders!
