Run: 35-40 minutes run/walk
Advanced: 45 minutes run
Friday July 7
All: Walk or X-Train
Saturday July 8
Women's Distance Festival, Washington Park, 8 am
Kids' Run 7:30 am
Run/Walk: 5.5 miles run/walk
Run: 5 miles run/walk
Advanced: 6 mile run
Sunday July 9
Rest for all
